cvPROM Service is an adaptation to the “coronavirus alarm” COVID-19, of a preexisting management of PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) for chronic pathologies, already implanted in several hospitals in Spain. It is a tool for daily reporting by patients and/or their caregivers of proximity or Municipal Social Services (MSS), of symptoms and COVID19 risk factors.
