Developed by the biggest hospitals in The Netherlands, the service that is offered (on a not for profit base) combines symptom tracking for inhabitants (not only patients but all inhabitants of a city) with a care coordination team that provides care coordination into a regional corona care pathway.

The service got over 80,000 users in a matter of days in The Netherlands and is currently rolled out in 4 countries, more to follow. Over 5 million people in The Netherlands have now free access to the service, supporting the existing triage systems.
