During your visit to the European mHealth Innovation and Knowledge Hub website, we collect and process personal data. – Act of 30 July 2018 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (30 Juillet 2018 – Loi relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard des traitements de données à caractère personnel);

  1. The European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL) and the European Institute for Innovation through Health Data (i~HD) are Joint Data Controllers of the European mHealth Knowledge and Innovations Hub.
  2. (i) The personal data you provide will be used to meet the requests for consultation submitted, and to inform you of the services offered by the European mHealth Knowledge and Innovations Hub, being stored for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations stipulated. (ii) Your data will not be passed on to third parties without a legal obligation to do so. (iii) The legal basis of this processing is based on the legitimate interest of EHTEL and I~HD in serving the people who visit the website (answering requests, complaints, incidences) or to analyse the use thereof. This is in addition to your consent to the processing of the information derived from the cookies implanted in the website or from other legitimate bases referring to the various services provided through the website, and which are described in the corresponding web pages.
